The Fynbos Tasting Masterclass is an immersive experience of the unique culinary flavours of the Fynbos biome in the form of a guided tasting, light tapas-style lunch and scenic stroll on our Fynbos farm.

Experience eleven of South Africa's gourmet flavours in a choreographed tasting of edible naturals, tinctures, concoctions and infusions. This two-hour session on our contemporary verandah is followed by a light tapas-style lunch where you experiment with Fynbos herbs, seasonings and infusions. We end off with a scenic stroll amongst critically endangered Swartland Renosterveld.
