FYNBOS TASTING

 The Cape Town Fynbos Experience® is a guided tasting of South Africa’s novel flavours that are unique to the southern tip of Africa.

  South African Fynbos® founder, Giselle Courney, takes you on an ancient flavour ‘trail’ of aromatic infusions made from eleven of the 7000 species in the Fynbos biome.

 Lunch is an experimental tapas accompanied by the South African Fynbos® gourmet range of seasonings and botanical infusions.

 The programme runs from 10h00-14h30 and includes a scenic stroll on this private Wellington estate, a haven for critically endangered Swartland renosterveld.

 Take home the South African Fynbos® Flavour Wheel and a Fynbos Herbarium.
