Collection: RHINO BUSH

Rhino bush is piney, adding a delicate resinous flavour to grilled rib-eye, Karoo lamb, picanha and pork kebabs. Add to wok-seared chilli-garlic cabbage, grilledmushrooms, arancini, risotto, bitterballen and croque monsieurs.
Rhinocerotinoic acid is a powerful anti-inflammatory and Rhino bush was purportedly a popular remedy during the 1918 influenza epidemic. Traditionally used to treat indigestion and stomach ulcers.
