SALTY ROOIBOS MARGARITA

This is a Fynbos take on the original Margarita cocktail. Rub the rim of the empty glass with a lime wedge and then 'dip' the rim into a plate of South African Fynbos Rooibos Salt to crust with aromatic Rooibos infused salt crystals.
